Designed and built a Kubernetes-based Artifact microservice, managing pod configurations and Helm chart deployments to support a multi-pod cluster environments and artifact lifecycle management

Worked on Cognos Analytics (BI) with AWS infrastructure, enabling provisioning and availability of Cognos capabilities on AWS Marketplace

Owned frontend-to-backend deployment of AWS based email service, from architecture to UI to production release

Led performance tested, reducing error rates from 40% to under 1% before General Availability release. Therefore, increasing reliability and stability of the product.

Contributed to a Kubernetes Operator built in Go, implementing new features and enhancements to support functionality.

Designed and implemented automation scripts in Python/PowerShell to streamline file transfer workflows, reducing manualintervention and improving operational efficiency.

Developed and tested custom APIs and connectors to integrate Managed File Transfer (MFT) platforms like Globalscape EFT with enterprise applications.

Built monitoring utilities to parse logs, track transfer success/failure, and generate realtime status reports for internal teams.

Contributed to the development of internal tools for accelerating client migrations, including data validation scripts andconfiguration export/import utilities.

Wrote and optimized SQL queries to extract system data, validate migrations, and generate audit/compliance reports.
